Facilitator Training

We begin by training your team members in the fundamentals of hosting and holding healing circles. This experiential program introduces the principles of peer support, psychological safety, and the art of deep listening. This training empowers participants to host circles with compassion and confidence. The curriculum is designed specifically for healthcare professionals and adapted to the pace and culture of clinical environments.

Mentoring & Support

After training, we offer guided mentoring to help new facilitators refine their skills and navigate real-world dynamics. Mentors with extensive healthcare and circle experience provide personalized support, co-hosting guidance, and feedback. This stage ensures consistency, builds internal confidence, and helps mitigate burnout among emerging leaders.

Customized Implementation
